What time will the boat pick me up? Pickups begin at 11:00 a.m. The order of stops may vary — please be ready at the dock with plenty of time. The boat waits a maximum of 10 minutes at each stop.
How do I get to the dock if I’m staying at Isla Palma? Isla Palma doesn’t have a direct stop. Coordinate with your accommodation to take you to the Islote, where we’ll pick you up.
What time do I arrive in Cartagena? Estimated arrival at Muelle La Bodeguita is between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. We recommend booking flights or buses from 5:00 p.m. onwards.
Is the National Park fee included? No — but this fee is only charged on the way in, not on the return. You won’t need to pay it again.
Does the service operate in bad weather? We depend on sea conditions and maritime authority authorization. In case of cancellation due to weather, we offer rescheduling or a full refund.
Can I modify my travel date? Yes, up to 1 day before departure. Modifications are non-refundable, but the value can be applied to another date.
